Our execution teams at Capital Advisory follow a structured approach that typically includes a deal lead, syndicate, and execution team. The composition of the team can vary depending on the size and complexity of the transaction at hand.
The deal lead is a key member of the team and is usually an experienced professional with deep expertise in the relevant field. They provide strategic direction, oversee the entire process, and ensure seamless coordination among team members and with prospective investors and other professionals.
The size and structure of the deal often determines the number of team members involved. For smaller and less complex transactions, the team may consist of a few dedicated individuals. As deals become larger and more complex, the team expands to include additional specialists such as legal advisors, financial analysts, and subject matter experts.
In addition to the core team, we also have the flexibility to engage joint venture partners who possess specialized skills or industry knowledge that align with specific transactions. These partners work collaboratively with our team, bringing their expertise to the table when necessary to enhance the overall execution process.
